There is varieties of brand in aftermarket sports spring. Eibach is no stranger in this case. Me myself was a fan of Eibach springs even when I do not have a driving license yet. Soon after I got my first car, I get myself a set of Eibach Pro-Kit. I match this set of expensive springs with my OEM absorbers. Although they are compatible but I know it won't be a perfect match. Due to some personal reason, I gave them a try. Upon installing, my ride was lowered by around 1 inches only. Well, at least it looks better than stock, I convinced myself. The installation process does not doubt me, so I proceed to do alignment for my ride. When all was good, I pay for the job done and I eagerly got into my ride to test.
Getting off the parking area, my first impression was a firmer steering feel. Proceeding to the main road, I turn my steering right and left a few times. Neat I would say! Ride quality was of course compromised, but to a very tolerate-able level, it feels firm. Heading back to my home, there was a few high speed turns that I can test for cornering stability. On the same corner, now I am able to go faster with confident even its my first time testing these springs. After joy riding for more than 2 years now, surprisingly my OEM absorbers were still good! I have been to different touge and some 'recognized' corners to play around and they promises fun and precise cornering ability. The one and only drawback is the cost of it. It might cost double or triple compared to an ordinary branded sports spring (at least for my car). As a conclusion, money well spent. No regrets in choosing Eibach over other springs even though it was more expensive. You get what u paid. Scores: Handling improvement + 80% Comfort compromised - 20% Bang for the bucks 5/5
