There are many people that do not know what the exterior of a car's parts are called. Normally they just know the doors, bonnet, hood and windscreen. Below is a draft of what a car looks like labeled together with their parts name and short description below.

Hood
Hood is the front compartment that can be opened and normally the car's engine sits inside it. But for cars that their engine is mounted at the rear or middle, their bonnet will be at the front. In other words, it is as opposite as a front-engine car.

Wind Screen
Windscreen is the main screen that drivers used to view when they are driving. This is a very common part that usually peoples know.

Door
Door is a more common part that does not need any further explanation. Passenger and driver to get into the car as well as leaving use it. Most cars have 4 doors while some of them only two (excluding bonnet and hood).

A-pillar, B-pillar and C-pillar
Referring to the picture, A-pillar is the front pillar followed by the B and C. This pillar is used to support the car roof as well as some safety function. For cars that are open-roof, they do not have B and the C-pillar usually. Their A-pillar has to be stronger, again for safety reason.

Fenders
Fenders are the exterior parts that cover the car body other than doors. Normally the front fenders covers from the headlight of a car until the front door while the rear fender covers from the rear door (from the front door if it is a 2-door car) until the rear part of the car. From a side view of a car, you can only view four metal parts and they are the doors and both fender.

Bonnet
Bonnet is the compartment that are located at the rear of a car normally, unless the car is a rear-engine car or mid-engine. It is used to store luggage or any objects that need to be carried together in the car. This is also where the spare tyre is kept in most car model. However, there are cars that are kept in other places like under the seat of a car, beneath the rear of a car etc.
